Kevin is an associate lawyer with Bykov Law Professional Corporation. His practice is focused primarily on family law.
Through a unique blend of compassion, experience and reliability, Kevin listens to his clients and guides them through a goal-oriented process that is best suited for them. He is well versed in all areas of family law and regularly acts in complex financial disputes and high conflict parenting cases.
Kevin is a member of the Law Society of Ontario. He has co-chaired continuing legal education law programs through the Ontario Bar Association, he conducts presentations for the Mandatory Information Program (“MIP”) through mediate393 | Toronto Family Mediation Services, and he volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Peel | York. Additionally, Kevin regularly provides mentorship to new legal professionals. He is an enthusiastic writer and is currently writing a book about the practice of family law in Ontario.
For law school, Kevin was enrolled in the LLB program at Queen Mary University of London, located in London, UK, which is a leading law school in the world, and a member of the Russell Group of Universities with international recognition. Kevin received multiple awards in law school and was co-editor in chief of the Queen Mary Law Journal.
In his spare time, Kevin spends his time with his family and friends, and he is an avid reader of books related to negotiation, conflict resolution, and divorce law.
